Ensono is seeking an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry initiatives. You will transform decentralized monitoring into a unified, automated framework across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments, driving SRE practices and secure-by-design telemetry pipelines.
You will architect scalable patterns, mentor global teams, and guide FOAK implementations, with a focus on reliability, cost management, and seamless integration with ITSM and CI/CD
Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience, including enterprise-scale observability leadership.
- 5–7 years as Lead Architect/SRE/Principal Observability Engineer.
- Proven migration from legacy monitoring to proactive, automated observability platforms.
- Extensive experience leading FOAK rollouts and vendor/ops transitions.
- Preferred certifications: Kubernetes, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure).
Responsabilités
- Architect and govern a unified observability framework covering metrics, logs, traces, and events.
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and incident war rooms; conduct RCAs.
- Drive Observability-as-Code and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
- Design observability for Docker, Kubernetes, multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and oversee KT programs.
