Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Expert Observability Engineer to serve as the strategic technical lead and architect for enterprise observability, spanning metrics, logs, traces, and events. You will drive a unified, automated, and proactive observability framework across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments.

Responsibilities include defining SLIs/SLOs, reducing MTTR, enabling Observability-as-Code with Ansible/Terraform/Python/GitOps, and guiding FOAK deployments while coordinating with ITSM,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5–7 years in lead architecture, SRE, or principal observability roles in large enterprises.
• Proven track record migrating organizations to proactive, automated observability platforms.
• Hands-on expertise designing scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.
• Experience leading FOAK rollouts and complex vendor/ops transitions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead major incident war rooms with RCA.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation with Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps.
• Design Kubernetes observability for multi-cloud environments and ensure secure telemetry pipelines.
• Lead KT programs and mentor cross-functional teams.
