Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple OB/GYN sites. You will lead daily administration, staffing, budgeting, and ensure high-quality patient service while aligning with clinical objectives.

Responsibilities include optimizing scheduling, improving access, managing front desk processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with leadership to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years progressive medical practice experience; 5 years for level 3.
• Computer literacy especially with EMR systems, preferably eCW.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance reimbursement.
• Knowledge of healthcare financial management and P&L.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to lead and manage a team with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations run efficiently, promote staff/provider collaboration, and maintain key objectives and metrics including daily huddles.
• Partner with operational leaders and Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment and staffing models.
• Manage patient access and scheduling workflows to reduce complexity and drive provider utilization.
• Manage front desk check-in/check-out workflows to reduce errors and improve financial performance.
• Support and manage clinical teams and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CLIA, DEA, IOS).
• Provide monthly practice operations reviews to physicians and partners.
• Onboard and ramp new providers to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies and control expenses.
• Research and correct billing issues with operations leadership.
