Job summary

University of California, San Francisco is seeking a Practice Manager for OB Mission Bay and Women’s Health Resource Center to oversee daily operations, HR, and administrative functions across OB/GYN specialties. You will coordinate staff, providers, and processes to ensure high-quality patient care and service integration with UCSF obstetric services.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of regulatory standards, with collaboration across multiple departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Clinic/center management experience with scheduling, customer-service methods, incident reporting, regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated managerial and HR knowledge including staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and program planning.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, licensing environments.
