Job summary

Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead operations in a high-volume OB/GYN practice, including imaging coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach front office, clinical, and imaging teams, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient experience in a fast-paced environment at our Celebration, FL location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years medical office management in multi-provider practice
• Strong OB/GYN experience including imaging coordination and procedure scheduling
• Athena Health experience preferred including reporting, revenue cycle oversight and workflow optimization
• Experience managing high-volume practices offering mammography, ultrasound, and in-office procedures
• Proven leadership with track record of building high-performing teams and accountable culture
• Deep knowledge of compliance, patient flow optimization, scheduling efficiency and quality metrics
• Excellent communication with physicians, clinical teams, and admin leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy OB/GYN practice, ensuring efficient workflows and outstanding patient experience
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, clinical, and imaging teams
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and financial performance with leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
• Optimize Athena workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and revenue cycle performance
• Coordinate mammography, ultrasound, and in-office procedures to maintain access and high-quality care delivery
