Job summary

Women’s Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across a multi-site obstetrics/gynecology practice. You will lead daily operations, manage staff and providers, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive patient access and satisfaction while supporting strategic revenue and growth objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field with several years of medical practice management experience, including OB/GYN exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare, or related field (or currently in process).
Minimum 3 years progressive medical practice experience, including OBGYN; 5 years for level 3 manager.
Computer literacy with EMR systems, preferably eCW.
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance reimbursement.
Understanding of healthcare financial management and P&L.

Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently, promote staff/provider collaboration, and maintain key metrics.
Partner with leaders to assist with recruitment and staffing models.
Manage patient access and scheduling workflows to improve provider utilization and patient access.
Oversee front desk workflows to improve accuracy, finances, and patient satisfaction.
Ensure regulatory clinical compliance in partnership with CSC.
Provide monthly operations reviews to physicians and partners.
