• Safe and sanitary food handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Nutrition Services.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate with clinical teams on diet-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and Joint Commission/CMS standards.
• Train, evaluate, and place associates; monitor performance.
• Handle front-line duties and participate in daily huddles and vendor orders.
