Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of institutional food production and delivery systems.
• 2-3 yrs institutional food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in food service, ensure staffing and schedule adherence.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; conduct audits and safety reports.
• Coordinate with clinical teams on diet-related concerns.
• Assist in vendor orders and daily huddles and meetings.
