Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of experience in a high-volume, quality food service operation.
Must obtain and maintain required food safety certification and allergy training within 6 months of hire.
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines, sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

65% Oversight of daily operation; supervise daily operations within nutrition services and ensure adequate staffing.
Ensure area tasks are completed on time and according to leader standard work; step in to front-line roles as needed.
15% Quality Assurance and Compliance; maintain safety and sanitation and conduct audits with clinical teams on diet-related concerns.
10% Managerial Support and Assistance; assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of associates, ensure annual training compliance.
10% Other Duties as Assigned; lead huddles, handle vendor orders, and participate in projects as directed by management.
