Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Food & Nutrition Services Manager at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Ohio to oversee daily operations, develop staff, and partner with hospital leaders to ensure high-quality dining and nutrition services for patients, visitors, and team members.

The role includes planning staffing, hiring/training associates, conducting inspections, and providing regular performance reporting in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or GED equivalent; relevant experience or 1 year in prior TriHealth Nutrition role acceptable in lieu of minimum education.
• 2–3 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all Dietary staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in hiring; interview, hire and train new associates; orients, develops, and supervises supervising FANS staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans; communication with staff and other departments.
