Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a high-quality, high-volume food service operation.
• Must obtain and maintain safe food handling certification within 6 months of hire date.

• Ensures staffing levels meet department needs and assigns daily duties.
• Performs ongoing staff training, evaluation, and placement to improve performance.
• Maintains HACCP compliance and safety standards in line with regulations.
