Job summary

This role requires high school completion, at least two years in a high-volume food service operation, and HACCP/sanitation knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two years’ experience in a high-quality, high-volume food service operation.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certification and food allergy/allergen training within 6 months of date of hire.
• Knowledge of high-quality food preparation and service.
• Safe and sanitary food handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• 65% Oversight of daily operation; supervises daily operations within food and nutrition services.
• Ensures staffing is adequate to meet department needs.
• Daily operations include daily assignments, addressing staffing gaps, overseeing daily schedules and staff duties.
• Coaches associates and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner according to leader standards.
• Ensures compliance with HACCP guidelines and Joint Commission/CMS standards.
