You will participate in hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff, while helping to drive quality, safety, and cost control across all shifts. A strong focus on regulatory compliance and HACCP remains essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management or related field required or 5 years of food service experience with 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, staffing, and performance evaluation skills are required.
• Experience in quality improvement and regulatory compliance is preferred.
