The position requires active RN licensure, CPR certification, and supervisory experience or progression in nursing, with expectations of maintaining clinical competency and coordination with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience or 3 years of relevant nursing experience with progression.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient assessment, care planning, and education.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, state, local regulations and policies.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in quality improvement and chart audits.
• Travel up to 50% for patient visits as required.
