Option Care Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead and oversee home infusion nursing services under a physician's plan of care in California. The role combines direct patient care with supervision of clinical staff and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is an RN with supervisory experience, CPR certified, and willing to travel as needed within state borders, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current state license and nursing supervisory/charge experience.
• CPR certification is required and ongoing.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Competent in clinical management of home infusion patients and nursing process.
• Review care plans and direct staff to modify plans as needed.
• Act as administrator/director of nursing in the absence of leadership.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory/accreditation requirements.
• Manage nursing data reporting to regional leadership and operations.
• Support development and implementation of patient plans of care.
• Recruit, develop, and monitor new staff and coordinate on-call duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
