Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a RN Nursing Supervisor in Sacramento to oversee direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan. The candidate will have RN licensure in the state, 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 years of related nursing experience, CPR certification, and active professional organization membership.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the current state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or 3 years of relevant nursing experience with progression.
• Required CPR certification.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under a physician’s plan of care.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate quality and effectiveness of patient care.
• Manage daily operations to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient communication.
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities and staff development.
• Recruit, train, and support new staff; supervise staff performance.
