Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is a nationwide home infusion provider seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead patient care delivery under a physician plan and in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role involves direct and indirect patient care, staff oversight, and education, with clinical participation of 20-40% of time. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with supervisory experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel up to 50% for home visits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license and supervisory experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management of home infusion patients using Nursing Process.
• Ensure documentation and billing accuracy for home health/infusion care.
• Determine patient suitability for home care.
• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the quality of patient care.
• Review Nursing Care Plans and coordinate modifications as needed.
• Act as Administrator and/or Director of Nursing in the absence of leadership.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and monitor supply usage.
• Report nursing data to leadership and support Plan of Care development.
• Develop and participate in continuing education and staff onboarding.
• Participate in committees and process improvement activities.
