Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience, or 3 years of nursing experience with progression.
• Certification in CPR is required.
• Member of a state or national professional organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management of home infusion patients and nursing staff.
• Supervise and evaluate care plans and nursing staff performance.
• Coordinate and participate in on-call responsibilities and chart audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation bodies; support operations and education.
• Assist recruitment, training, and development of staff; communicate with leadership.
