Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management of home infusion patients under a physician's plan of care.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
• Develop, implement and evaluate Plan of Care; educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate on-call staffing and supervise staff performance and training.
