Qualifications
- RN license in practice state with supervisory experience (1 year) or 3 years of nursing experience with progression.
- CPR certification is required.
- Member of a state or national professional organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical home infusion patients using the nursing process and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee documentation and billing requirements for home health/infusion care.
- Determine suitability of patients for home care and supervise care plans.
- Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
- Direct Nursing Care Plans and modify plans as needed.
- Coordinate operations and ensure regulatory compliance across the agency.
