Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master's Degree or active progression toward a Master's Degree.
• Five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS.
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making staff/patient ratio recommendations.
• Maintains a system to ensure adequate staff for provision of nursing care.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for nursing service in line with PAM Health standards.
