Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Sugar Land, Texas, seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead all nursing services across the facility. You will direct staffing, policy development, and ensure care quality in alignment with PAM Health standards.

Requirements include an active RN license in Texas, a Master’s Degree (or progress toward one), and at least five years of clinical nursing with three years in management.

Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state.
• Master’s Degree, or active progression toward a Master’s Degree, is required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required and three years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to ensure adequate staffing for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health policies and accreditation standards.
