Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Sugar Land, TX is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee all nursing services, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive staffing excellence across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s Degree or active progression toward a Master’s Degree.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Certification in CNE/CRRN/CCRN/PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility by staffing and patient care decisions.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and accreditation standards.
