Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation seeks a Supervisor Nuclear In-Service Inspection (ISI) to directly supervise ISI, Radiography, and Complex NDE Coordinators and NDE Level III personnel at multiple sites. The role includes performance reviews, time and expense approvals, and in-field oversight.

The candidate will coordinate budgets, identify savings, and interact with ANII, NRC, vendors, and stakeholders. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in Nuclear Generation.
• High School / GED with 5 years minimum related work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead teams to achieve goals.
• ASME codes knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of ISI Coordinators and NDE Level III personnel at multiple sites.
• Oversee Complex ISI NDE personnel and program stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to standardize NDE examinations.
• Act as Behavioral Observation Program supervisor for complex and ISI NDE teams.
