Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Supervisor Nuclear In-Service Inspection (ISI) for Complex to oversee ISI, Radiography, and Complex NDE coordinators and NDE Level III personnel across multiple sites. You will lead performance reviews, time approval, and field observations while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting with outage considerations, and experience in Nuclear Generation with ASME knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School / GED and 5 years Minimum Required Related Work Experience.
• Greater than 5 years' experience in Nuclear Generation.
• Ability to supervise ISI/NDE teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of ISI Coordinators and NDE Level III personnel across sites.
• Engagement with stakeholders to standardize NDE examinations and practices.
• Behavioral Observation Program supervisor for Complex and ISI NDE staff, including contractors.
• Job sponsor for Complex and ISI NDE contracts and contractor personnel.
• Direct oversight of ISI Coordination, NDE Level III and Complex NDE Teams, with safety briefs and in-field oversight.
• Assist in developing budgets for ISI/Complex NDE and identify cost and manpower savings opportunities.
