Job summary

Duke Energy seeks an experienced supervisor for Nuclear In-Service Inspection (ISI) and Complex NDE teams across multiple sites in the U.S. The role includes direct supervision of ISI Coordinators and NDE Level III personnel, performance reviews, and active budget development within the outage program.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of ASME codes, and the ability to coordinate with NRC, vendors, and site management to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School / GED and 5 years Minimum Required Related Work Experience.
• Greater than 5 years’ experience in Nuclear Generation.
• Technical OR Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of ISI Coordinators and NDE Level III personnel at multiple sites.
• Direct supervision of Complex ISI NDE personnel at multiple sites.
• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to standardize NDE examinations execution.
