Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to support the Facilities Portfolio Management Unit in creating annual and 10-year facilities plans. You will coordinate AFP/RPPE development, inspections, and asset reporting, linking engineering and construction with executives and NR to optimize facilities planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating facility inspections and reporting asset conditions.
• Familiarity with AFP, RPPE, FIMS, and TWP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the Annual Facilities Plan (AFP) and Real Property Planning Estimate (RPPE).
• Coordinate facility inspections and report asset conditions to FIMS.
• Contribute facility-related information to the Technical Work Plan (TWP).
• Develop integrated facilities plans aligned with workforce and funding resources.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, construction, leadership, and NR.
