The Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a PMI Manager for the Spent Fuel Handling Recapitalization (SFHP) Department. You will lead the Project Management and Integration subdivision across NRF and Bettis, partnering with the Capital Project Directorate to provide strategic direction and drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for major Navy reactor recapitalization projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field with management experience or 4+ years plus management background.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-site capital projects and drive budgetary planning.
• Experience with DOE project management standards and nuclear industry context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PM systems and processes for SFHP, NEAP and IIER.
• Provide strategic direction and support for major projects across NRF and Bettis.
• Drive planning, budgeting, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Communicate with Naval Reactors and DMOs; mentor staff and promote teamwork.
