Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree and a minimum of 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a project team infrastructure.
• Secure resources needed to staff and support the project.
• Define project scope and create a detailed work breakdown structure.
• Develop cost estimates and resource-loaded schedules.
• Monitor overall costs and progress against the approved budget.
