Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to support the Facilities Portfolio Management Unit in creating annual and 10-year facilities plans. Responsibilities

• Contribute facility-related information to the Technical Work Plan (TWP).
• Develop integrated facilities plans aligned with workforce and funding resources.

Job Description

The Facilities Portfolio Management Unit (FPM), part of the Kesselring Director Management Office (DMO), is responsible for creating both annual and 10-year facilities plans that align with the US Navy training mission at the Kesselring Site. As a Project Manager within FPM, your responsibilities include assisting in the development of the Annual Facilities Plan (AFP), the Real Property Planning Estimate (RPPE), coordinating facility inspections, reporting asset conditions to the Department of Energy (DOE) Facilities Information Management System (FIMS), and contributing facility-related information to the Technical Work Plan (TWP). You will play a key role in developing integrated and actionable facilities plans that are tailored to available workforce and funding resources. Additionally, this position serves as a vital link between engineering and construction teams and principal stakeholders, including executive management, and involves regular communication with leadership and NR regarding facilities planning.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; orMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$106,200.00 - $166,000.00 annually
