Job summary

Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GET) seeks a Nuclear Weapons Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a 100% on-site role at a Department of Energy facility in Germantown, Maryland, with relocation assistance.

An active DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance is required. The SME will perform classification review and analysis of government material in areas such as weapon design, inertial confinement fusion, and nuclear materials.

Qualifications

• Active DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or engineering from an accredited program required.
• Master's degree highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform classification review and analysis of government material in accordance with DOE orders and procedures.
• Address topics including nuclear weapons design, SNM production technologies, counterintelligence, and missile/space nuclear concepts.
• Work within a Department of Energy facility with relocation support and on-site requirements.
