Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing environments (ODM/OEM).
• Strong understanding of NPI and material readiness processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and process automation.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end CTB readiness, including material tracking.
• Analyze shortages, lead times and risks to prevent disruptions.
• Develop scalable reports and dashboards for material readiness and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with NPI Materials Managers, Commodity Sourcing Managers, and Demand Planners.
• Evaluate supplier performance and propose improvements.
• Identify root causes of shortages and implement mitigations.
• Support NPI purchase orders, hardware receiving, part number creation, and ECO updates.
• Coordinate BOM alignment and AVL requirements.
• Drive reporting automation and process standardization.
• Support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and cost optimization activities.
• Monitor forecasts and verify supplier fulfillment.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure supply continuity.
