Job Description

We are hiring 2 positions for a hybrid role (50% onsite) in Seattle, WA. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, QAD), and 0-2 years of relevant experience with order or invoice management.

The role involves supporting order and invoice resolution within Cell Therapy Global Materials Management. Responsibilities include reviewing discrepancies, working cross-functionally to resolve invoice payment holds, following up on missing invoices, supporting payment processes, resolving credit holds, maintaining communication with vendors, generating reports, and collaborating with teams to improve processes.

Qualifications include experience with invoice processing, order management, 3-way match review, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems.
