Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a self-starting Supply Chain Planner to join the Supply Distribution and Order Fulfillment team in Mesa, AZ. You will forecast warehouse demand, develop replenishment plans, and align inventory with regional teams to ensure on-time delivery of CGM technology.

The role requires experience with ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel skills, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and lead cost-saving initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in supply chain roles.
• Strong Excel, ERP/MRP, forecasting and inventory management experience.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans.
• Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models.
• Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and stocking targets.
• Develop KPIs and present quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate inventory impacts with regional teams (EMEA/APAC).
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
