Job summary
Dexcom in San Diego area is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Network Planner to support distribution and order fulfillment. You will forecast demand, build replenishment plans, and develop KPIs to improve inventory and service levels.
You will lead cross‑functional initiatives across regional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely, cost‑effective execution of supply plans. A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience.
- Strong forecasting, planning, and inventory management skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP/Planning systems and cross‑regional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Forecast warehouse demand and establish replenishment plans.
- Develop and maintain demand-supply projection models.
- Evaluate warehouse nodes supply flow and target stocking levels.
- Develop KPIs and present quarterly trends and proposals.
- Support inventory impacts with global teams and NPI strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost‑savings initiatives.
