Job summary

Dexory is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate materials, components and information across our fast-growing manufacturing ecosystem in Connecticut. You will partner with Buyers, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and Finance to ensure materials are available when needed and supply chain data remain accurate and reliable.

This hands-on role requires organization, data fluency, and cross-team collaboration to drive timely delivery and scalable processes as Dexory grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, electronics, automotive or technology environment is desirable.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or procurement systems.
• Experience managing or maintaining supplier, purchasing or inventory data.
• Understanding of inventory, material requirements and supply chain processes.
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data.
• The ability to challenge inaccuracies and ensure data and processes are maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day flow of components and materials through the supply chain to support manufacturing and customer delivery.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or supply risks.
• Work with Buyers to ensure purchase orders and supplier commitments support production.
• Track incoming materials and align deliveries with production needs.
• Support production planning by making material requirements visible and reflected in the supply chain.
• Identify gaps and escalate constraints to relevant teams.
