Job summary

Dexian is seeking a hands-on supply planning specialist to support end-to-end product availability for consumer electronics programs. You will balance supply and demand, execute POs, track shipments, and support ex-factory and commit processes across regional DCs.

You will build dashboards, run ad hoc reporting, and collaborate with supply planners, freight, procurement, and contract manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery. Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
2–4 years in a planning or supply chain execution role.
Experience with supply and demand balancing in a multi-program environment.

Responsibilities

Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update daily allocation based on inbound freight and projections.
Execute weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot order issues.
Support ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sites.
Review inbound freight and track shipments end-to-end, resolving discrepancies.
Upload allocation and commits into Oracle Fusion on a schedule.
Support weekly S&OP data prep for cross-functional teams.
