Job summary

JCS Solutions seeks a Sr. Network & Systems Engineer to support large-scale DoD operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will serve as a senior technical authority for engineering, systems analysis, and modernization across unclassified, secret, and top secret environments.

The role involves 24x7x365 NOSC duties, incident resolution leadership, and direct engagement with mission partners and DISA. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD IT certifications are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at consideration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering with 8–12 years of experience or Master’s with 6–10 years; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and advise on enterprise technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network and server configurations.
• Act as NOSC watch officer during shifts.
• Lead incident resolution for complex outages across environments.
• Develop diagnostic strategies and root-cause analyses for high-impact incidents.
• Interface with mission partners and DISA on status and vulnerabilities.
• Provide briefings and technical reports to senior leadership.
