Qualifications

Strong Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript skills and exposure to Python/Go as a plus.
Experience building or maintaining shared developer platforms or runtime environments.
Solid Linux, container, and CI/CD experience with build automation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, and modern source code practices.

Responsibilities

Own Yahoo's Node.js runtimes lifecycle, including upgrades and end-of-life retirements.
Build and maintain Node.js packages, container images, and internal-library integrations.
Develop and support reusable CI/CD and GitHub Actions workflows for Node.js apps/libraries.
Monitor releases and security updates, translating them into platform updates.
