Job summary

Total Force Alliance, LLC is recruiting a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician IV to support the DISA Global Operations Center in Hawaii. The role requires handling incidents, monitoring at all hours, and coordinating fixes across the DISN.

You will work in a high-availability environment with DoD security controls. Qualified candidates hold a DoD Top Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification prior to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification by start date.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow ITSM+S / JIRA.
• Monitor network events and faults 24/7; analyze alarms and coordinate fixes.
• Provide situational awareness to leadership and affected communities.
• Support fault isolation and troubleshooting of network elements.
• Restore networks and document changes in CMDB; support outages 24/7/365.
• Assist training and mentoring of Network controllers and SOPs.
• Provide advanced technical support across DISN domains.
