Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations professional to support the DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC) in Hawaii. The role ensures 24x7 availability of DISN services for DoD and national security customers.

You will manage real-time circuit changes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and document outages and resolutions while leveraging Cisco/Juniper and MSPP tech. A DoD Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline.
• Experience with transport and IP network topologies; knowledge of Cisco/Juniper devices.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations for circuits across optical and Ethernet devices.
• Real-time circuit redesign to restore connectivity during outages.
• Coordinate with customers and agencies to maximize network availability.
• Monitor alarms using network management tools and document incidents.
• Perform change management: hardware swaps and software configurations.
