Zusammenfassung

P W Communications Inc. seeks a Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC Technician 3 to support the DISA Global Operations Center and the GSMO-II program in a 24x7 environment. The role focuses on network operations, incident management, and collaboration with DoD partners to ensure high availability of DISN services.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance, DoD-specific certifications, and proactive problem resolution across UC and related networks.

Qualifikationen

Active Top Secret security clearance required.
High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).

Aufgaben

Create/update/resolve network issues using a broad knowledge of network architecture and ServiceNow.
Notify necessary contacts based on incidents involving networks, circuits, or locations.
Execute network operations including configuration and analysis of customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
Collaborate with customers and UC stakeholders to maximize network availability and minimize impact.
Proactively monitor network alarms with platform tools.
Record, assess, track, and document incident tickets through resolution.
