Job summary

A technology solutions provider in the United States is seeking an experienced NOC Technician IV to ensure the security and reliability of mission-critical communications. The role involves advanced network monitoring and support in a 24/7 operational environment. Candidates must possess an active Secret clearance and have strong skills in network troubleshooting, fault isolation, and ticket management. Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification at start.
• Experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, or performance management.
• Advanced knowledge in multiple technologies including routers, switches, and crypto devices.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage tickets in Remedy.
• Monitor real-time network events using multiple tools.
• Perform incident correlation and root cause analysis.
• Support fault isolation and restoration of network elements.
