Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to drive a safety‑first, cost‑efficient warehouse culture. You will develop Warehouse Managers, coach hourly teams, and ensure safe receiving, storage, and outbound loading while meeting service targets.

The role requires leading union and non‑union teams, guiding process improvements, and partnering with VP Operations to secure zero‑defect accuracy and strong customer satisfaction. Travel and a collaborative leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in warehouse supervision.
• Experience with OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and retention of staff.
• Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, receiving, storage, and loading.
