Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety-first warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost. You will apply your warehouse operations experience to manage personnel and drive efficient operations through the team you lead, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely receiving and storage of inbound product or selection and loading of outbound product.

You will oversee a team, coach for performance and safety targets, and partner with management to maintain high service

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and training.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Recruit, interview and hire warehouse personnel.
• Schedule shifts and manage inbound/outbound flow.
