Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused culture and procedures in the warehouse.
• Develop and coach warehouse staff to improve performance.
• Direct and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure accurate orders.
• Schedule shifts and manage readiness for receiving and shipping.
• Monitor productivity and safety targets, coaching as needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety and equipment conditions.
