Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation to optimize cost and service.
• Provide relief coverage and assist in training when needed.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance, with counseling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and manage overtime to meet targets.
• Support safety programs and site safety strategy.
