Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to lead hourly associates and drive efficient daily tasks across driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and cross-docking. You will review routes, costs, and fleet utilization while guiding corrective actions and participating in hiring decisions.

The role supports a Monday–Friday 7am–4pm schedule in Columbus, OH, with a focus on productivity, safety, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Proven ability to supervise hourly associates and manage attendance.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and interview hourly associates for hire.
• Supervise logistics operations including dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation.
