Night shift differential

Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Senior Lead End User Support Specialist for the night shift to provide hands-on technical support and lead the night team. The role focuses on coordinating responses to high-impact issues and maintaining quality end-user services.

The position is salaried with a 10% night-shift differential, based in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include guiding other specialists, improving support processes, and ensuring coverage during non-standard hours to meet business

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of IT support experience.
1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced end-user technical support for hardware, software, access, and workplace tech.
Coordinate and prioritize night-shift support activities, escalations and incidents.
Serve as escalation point and mentor other night-shift staff.
Maintain support processes, ticket quality, and proper escalation to IT teams.
Communicate significant incidents and follow-ups to teams.
Support continuous improvement of end-user support processes and employee tech experience.
