International Motors is seeking a Senior End User Support Specialist – Night Shift to provide hands‑on technical support to employees during the night hours, troubleshoot end‑user issues, and maintain service continuity for off‑hours coverage. The role emphasizes effective incident handling and collaboration with IT peers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware, software, and access problems, managing incidents via ITSM, and ensuring customer‑oriented service during the night shift.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year providing IT technical services and support using network remote access.
• Master’s degree and no experience is also acceptable.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience with remote access.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve end‑user hardware, software, access, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through IT service management, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
• Support endpoint-related activities such as device troubleshooting, configuration, replacement, and lifecycle support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and other IT teams as needed.
• Identify recurring problems and document solutions to improve future support.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support during the night shift.
